YMCAs build strong kids, strong families and strong communities. The YMCA of New Britain employs over 100 people throughout the year and specific position openings are generally advertised through the New Britain Herald and within our building. Peak hiring for camp, child care and lifeguard positions is done in April through June and again in August. We are always looking for good people, so stop by and complete an application.
